Adigrat Real Estate advisor in the sale of a logistics asset of 46,000 sqm to Kryalos Sgr

Adigrat Real Estate acted as advisor in the sale of a logistics asset in the industrial zone of Arese (MI). Owned by a private operator, the property was purchased by Kryalos SGR on behalf of the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) “Traianus”, fully subscribed by GLP, global player in investment and in the development of logistics warehouses and distribution parks.

The property, which consists of two grade A units fully let to leading operators in the sector, occupies an area of 46,000 sqm in the Lainate Business Park, the logistics hub created from the redevelopment of the former Alfa Romeo industrial plant. It is one of the most attractive logistics locations in Northern Italy, just 20 km from Milan and minutes from the motorway junctions.
