Adigrat Real Estate acted as the exclusive advisor to a leading foreign family office in the acquisition of a prestigious mixed-use property in the heart of Brera, one of Milan’s most iconic neighborhoods.

The asset was acquired through a real estate securitization transaction pursuant to Law 130/1999, in which doNext S.p.A. will serve as servicer, corporate servicer, and in ancillary roles, while Special Gardant S.p.A. will act as the vehicle’s asset manager.

With a total surface area of approximately 2,300 square meters, the property spans five above-ground floors and one basement level.
